Hi there — I’m Meredith Joy. In June of 2014 my family (one husband, two sons) loaded up all of our worldly possessions into a HUGE Yellow Penske truck and set out for Nashville. I had been writing songs for a couple of years, starting when I was leading worship every week for our small house church. The songs just started coming, and they haven’t stopped — though life certainly has a way of crowding out the dream sometimes.
The lessons we have learned through the years here in Nashville have been hard-fought battles of courage and trust. Of faith, hope and choosing joy in the midst of things we don’t understand and can’t control. Through it all we have been happier than we have any earthly reason to be!
